Just sold my Galaxy which was beginning to show signs of its age (or rather mileage) and since the kids have grown up moved to an estate car, a 320d Beemer! Just wanted to say thank you for all the help I've experienced on this forum, and hopefully I've been able to give a little in return.

Enjoy your beemer, but don't forget the grass isn't greener on the other side ! I went away from my Galaxy to a sporty estate and missed it, and came back... :)

Enjoy the new car Phil ......... and yes the grass is greener on the other side and I went away from the Galaxy to a sporty hatch and didn't miss it .... mind you mine does a few more miles to the gallon than JK's and just last week I averaged 47.8 mpg ....... short journeys to and leaving 320D's in my dust! :D

The thing we missed most was the interior space and the higher driving position that the Galaxy has to offer, but the ST220 was just amazing, and one day when I'm wealthier and fuel costs are
